No clear UX foundation or reusable structure — each campaign was built from scratch, with inconsistent layouts and user flows across ads, landing pages, and emails.

Designing a connected journey across all touchpoints — from first interaction to registration and follow-up engagement.
Attract — Paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and social campaigns using two messaging approaches: emotion-driven (pain) and value-driven (B2B), tested to identify the most effective driver of engagement and conversion.
Explain — Landing page with a clear value proposition, webinar topic and practical outcomes, lead magnet (free e-book) introduced as added value.
Convert — Simple registration form, low-friction experience, e-book offered after sign-up to increase conversion.
Nurture — Webinar session and recording, follow-up emails with key takeaways, case study and additional resources.



From registration to post-webinar engagement
I designed a low-friction registration experience where users immediately receive value — a free e-book that helps them engage with the topic before the webinar.
This creates a clear exchange: users sign up in seconds and instantly get something useful in return.
The e-book itself was designed for clarity and quick understanding, based on real user needs and expert insights. Its structure helps users grasp key concepts without friction.
After the webinar, the experience continues. Users receive a follow-up email with additional resources, including a mobile-friendly case study that demonstrates real results.
This approach turns a single interaction into an ongoing journey — from first touchpoint to deeper product engagement.
