I’m Anna — a product designer focused on growth, conversion, and real product impact.
I didn’t start in design.
Before that, I worked in procurement in the electrical equipment industry, managing thousands of SKUs, negotiating deals, and working closely with business teams. That experience taught me how products actually work from the inside — how decisions are made, how money flows, and what really matters to a business.
At the same time, creativity was always part of my life.
I spent 10 years studying art, participated in exhibitions, and kept drawing even while working in a completely different field.
Design wasn’t a sudden decision — it was something I kept coming back to.
I first explored interior design, but quickly realized I wasn’t interested in spaces — I was interested in systems, logic, and behavior. That led me to web design, where I immersed myself fully and started from scratch.
My early career wasn’t glamorous.
I worked in a small web studio, talking directly to clients, figuring out what they actually needed (not just what they said), and delivering under constraints. Later, through freelance, I designed everything from landing pages to full products — including building platforms from zero.
That’s where I learned a key lesson: design without thinking is just decoration.
💡 How I work
Today, I focus on growth, onboarding, and product performance.
I care about:
how users move through a product
where they drop off
what drives conversion and retention
I work at the intersection of product, marketing, and business — turning complex problems into structured, testable solutions.
My approach is rooted in experimentation:
forming hypotheses
testing quickly
learning from real data
I’m not interested in “just making screens.” I design systems that move metrics and scale.
🚀 Experience highlights
I’ve worked across:
B2C fintech (building products and logic from scratch)
B2B SaaS (growth & marketing design, working with CEOs and customer success teams)
freelance projects (from landing pages to full platforms)
This mix gave me a strong understanding of both business strategy and user behavior.
🎨 Outside of work
I still paint — it’s my way to slow down and reconnect with creativity.
I’m currently based in Poland and spend time in art studios, museums, and theaters.
I love traveling in a non-touristic way — exploring cities through local places, conversations, and culture.
Cinema is another big influence for me — I watch it not just as a viewer, but through composition, color, and storytelling.
And I’m the kind of person who:
notices bad UX everywhere (yes, elevator buttons too 😄)
analyzes packaging in supermarkets
and constantly thinks about how things could work better
✨ What I believe
For me, design is not about visuals — it’s about understanding how things work, and making them work better ❤️
